I love capturing images of people in love. Love translated through photography is amazing in itself. When that big question gets popped, no better time to put those memories into pictures that you'll have forever! See some examples of wedding engagement pictures below!

Photo Tips:
Show off that new ring!
Personalize your pictures with who you are
Choose a theme that can connect to your wedding
Remember portrait like poses to post in the newspaper
Use a prop for something extra in your photos
The best pictures are found when in a natural setting
BE YOURSELF

Save the Dates

I am currently working on my brother and sister-in-law's to be (Devon & Sarah) save the dates their upcoming wedding. We discussed a few ideas as to what they wanted, their theme and what format (picture, magnet, postcard, ect.) After multiple drafts and detailed changes, the couple and I decided on our final product!

The first thing I did after we got the idea was to pick out a picture. We went for a picture that kept the couple towards the background so it would leave space to write on the picture itself. Since the wedding has a vintage theme I found an awesome location with an old, run down volkswagen.

Secondly, I made a 'logo' for Devon and Sarah, one that represents their style, theme and colors. The first draft did not include their last names but after discussion, the reassuring thought of a last names might be helpful for guest.

We found a fun saying that was perfect for Devon and Sarah's personality: Beautiful Bride, Handsome Groom, Booze, Food and Bad Dance Moves. You in or what? Now most friends and family would think it was humorous but for those who might not appreciate it as much, like grandparents, so two save the dates were made. The more conservative saying: Devon and Sarah have set the date, so please take note and don't be late!
